- delete: Delete a rule to drop or insert prefix digits of incoming call.

Phone Book function allows users to define their own numbers, which mapping to

real IP address. It is effective only in peer-to-peer mode. When adding a record to

Phone Book, users do not have to reboot the machine, and the record will be effective

immediately.
